2008 Arizona Boat Show

The Arizona boat show in Phoenix opens tomorrow for those interested and lasts through the weekend.
I am sure that Charley and crew will be there from Tige Performance Boats to put you in a new ride.
This has always been a great show.

Have you seen the AZ lakes yet? I was up at Roosevelt last week and I wouldnt launch a fishing boat in that stuff. Logs and sticks everywhere not to mention the mud in the water. I know you want to get wet, but you run a terrible risk running that stuff through the impeller.
Suggest sitting in the boat with a tub of beer and a garden hose spraying over the boat. Much safer.
Maybe the Phoenix lakes are cleaner, but its doubtful.
Have fun whatever you do with the boat.
We will be at the show around 5 or 6 on Saturday.

OK we went today... I didn't take a lot of pix but I did snap a few... I'll break it up over a few posts... Here is my impressions of the show... They had a killer rail outside with some big time pros working it... I'll post some you tube vids later but managed to get a food good pix...

What's with the powerboats putting wakeboard racks on them? It just seems silly to me... The $128K for that second boat is just crazy to me...

Z1 was really impressive... TigeAZ really hit it with the Sampson Towers they putting on them... Really aggressive price too... I wish I would have waited to buy a Z1 but oh well... And for all the naysayers about the Z1 price... I think TigeAZ has proved you wrong...

The only other boat that really impressed me was the new Mastercraft X-35... It just looked like a solid boat... But for $100k no thank you... The anniversary x-star looked like a bass fishing boat IMO... The 'bu guys were arrogant and acted like they didn't need to even need to talk to customers... I didn't like that they separated the show over two buildings on separate city blocks that were kitty corner from each other... The Nauti's looked nice... Lots of go fast and fishing boats... Saw a couple of houseboats but didn't go on them...

I wish we had some rail jams here in St.louis that looks pretty sweet!

Nice job Box. We will be there tomorrow. We loved the rail last year-and look forward to this years. The weather should be perfect, almost 80 for tomorrows show.

Oh yeah! I almost forgot the best part! We got free pancakes in a can!!! Entering the hall that Tige was in outside the East doors there was a guy giving away free cans of the the stuff...
