Okay, I had to post some pics of my daughter doing a little wake surfing. She is pretty good, can ride forever without being "left behind".

First pic; love the face, the water wasn't that cold, but you would think that it was freezing from her expression.
second pic; up and going, hangin loose.
third pic; attempting a rail grab on the butter board.
fourth pic; at the 180 stage of a 360 attempt. If she finds out that I posted this one, I'm a dead man.

How old is your daughter? I can relate. What is that yellow thing she is riding?

She is 18 and is pretty good at cruising and off the lip stuff. We are still trying to get the 360. We can make it all the way around but fall out the back.

We should have hung out with you more. My daughter is 18 also. She is my good luck charm. I need to get my daughter a board. ( for her good job picking the right ticket for us in the Pimp my Ride raffle) She had some great rides on the butter board and wants a board for her size. I wish I would have seen your yellow as I would have asked to borrow it for a set for my daughter.

I have forgotton how massive Mead still is. Stopped going there in 99 when we started going to Havasu. I think we will plan a week in June there next year. A pre cold water reunion??

Got it, it looks square in the picture. I didn't recognize it. The green loogey's are now available on the site, I am going to be picking one up today.

No problem, My wife prefers Mead either late spring/early summer or in the fall. We went on the fourth of July a couple of years ago and she swore that she would never do that again. So it is Powell during the summer months, Mead before and after. It would be fun to meet up and share experiences. We actually have four boards. My Daughter prefers the Butterboard and the Yellow Loogey. I use the Hyperlite Broadcast and Yellow Loogey. My two youngest boys learned on the Liquid force skim skate. I agree that it is too bad that we couldn't share more on Saturday, but it would be fun to do something next spring.

Or if you ever can make it up to St. George, she could ride it up here as well. We have a dry suit, so we try to get out whenever we can in the winter. Last year Moki went out with us the day after Thanksgiving, and last year Christmas Eve (day) was about as good as it can get. As long as the wind isn't blowing, it's doable. So if you're up for that let me know and we can do something.

ok, so we have to do a reunion in norcal. Especially since now we have a dealer up here, and no 2 in the country. We gotta do one in Shasta.

WOW, the reunion was AWESOME. It was great to meet all that I was able to. I think next year I will send the boat out and hang a little more or go for a ride on someone elses ride. It was a great day, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We made a haul at the raffle thanks to Boats of Nevada and Ahaney for that. The sound off was great to hear, I had my crew all ready to cheer for Moki, we figured it was going to be awarded by crowd response, and I had a crowd. Domz was the loudest, we thought Moki had a little better range of loud. Now since we all live on pics here comes a few of the over 400 we took on Saturday.
