sounds awesome!!!!! Kathy was going to be calling Raystown this week and reserving approx. 10 cabins and 20 camp sites.... We are thinking that "should" accomodate everyone! We shall see. Do you figure you'll have approx 5-10 people???????? Just ballpark! i was checking out some of the posts on dcwake last night before going to bed! You guys are nuts!!!! Like the pics of the airchair/skyski guy! A guy up @ the lake who owns a Nautique has an Airchair and it is nuts! I have only tried it like 2-3 times and I am horrible @ it!!! practice makes perfect! Hey any input on a good wakesurfer to get?????????? I've ridden a CWB Ride and a Hyperlite 4'9 broadcast...........want to maybe get something bigger for "everyone" to ride! I was looking @ the 5'6 LF boards........................a quarter for your thoughts?????????? Thanks!

im thinking I might bring anywhere from 5-20 people. Right now def at least 5.
Ill have my RZ, dpeneds on who comes up, prolly a couple of other boats, perhaps a MB, a supra, or a BU. Its still a ways away, but as it gets closer we will know more.

for wakesurfing, Ive been using the CWB ride, I need a longer board. I have used my regular surf board, not bad, but im just worried about hitting the boat with my boards and destroying them. I think im going to buy the longer CWB board from blaine this summer.

Were def going to go down to anna this weekend, right now still dont need a wetsuit if the air is above 50 or so. water temp is 76 next to the powerplant.

          Co-Mingling

Yo, DC /Dillon: One of the girls from our crew was down to ride at the Lake Anna Power Plant last weekend - she's from Wheaton, MD and hooked up the ride via DCWake. Nice! I don't know what she rode behind down there - we've made a Tige fan out of her, though. She's got a long drive to come up to Hbg, PA all the time, so it's nice that she's got some options down south. Her name's Debbie - she's a good girl, solid rider and not afraid to crash hard! Take good care of her!

Anyway, I'm putting the 6/15 TOG gig out to our crew - should be able to pull a few riders from up here and Lake Meade (PA).

If you're interested, I posted some pics of Raystown sillyness a few weeks back - I think this link will get you there, post #64.

DC/T: For the Raystown trip are you all looking for cabins or campsites??????? Talked to Blaine this morning and he mentioned that Kathy called Raystown yesterday and needs @ least 20 sites total to get it reserved and get a slight discount! The cabins will run approx. 100.00 a night with 2 people.........10.00 for each additional. Camp sites run around 40ish.... Let me know as I just called Blaine this morning with 3 sites already..........

Man that is awesome that Lake Anna water is around 76 down by the powerplant!!!!!!!!! DAMN! How far is that from you???? maybe 90 minutes or so???? I should be able to get there in about 2.5 hours or so. Would LOVE to check it out sometime.... Also with you T how cold is the water up where you are riding???????? I mean 4 of us have drysuits so it isn't an issue.......but some of the guys only have wetsuits. thanks for the info on everything and the offers!!!! Very much appreciated! I mentioned this to a few of the local TOG guys @ the Lake and some of them would be interested in a weekend pull sometime!!!!! If you don't mind the offers you give out I could forward to some of them..... Let me know!!! I keep yelling @ them for not getting on this site yet!!!! SLowly by surely! :-)

I don't want to hi-jack the Raystown TOG thread, but since you asked, water temp where we're riding is mid to high 40's. Yeah, it's a drag, but that's why we bought drysuits. And it's January!

We can handle 2 more riders on Sunday, 1/14, session from 10:00 to 2:00-ish. We'd enjoy the new dynamic, skills and add'l ballast! If either of you are interested or know of interested, just send me a private message.

                    Good Morning TOG'ers!!!!!

Pauly I will be signing up for DCwake today!!!!

Both "models" of Pine Cabins will accomodate 6 people! Here are the costs:

Original Pine Cabin- Weekday 104.00 Weekend 116.00

Pine Cabin- Weekday 114.00 Weekend 126.00

This is for double occupancy. Any people over 2 you add 10.00 per person per night!

For campsites here are the costs:

                    Premium Waterfront- 46.00

                    Waterfront- 45.00

                    Pull-Thru- 46.00

                    Lakeview- 40.00

                    Wooded- 35.00

I think that on the campsites you can have 2 tents with a total of 10 people. Also the marina "should" be getting a small discount so prices should be a little less then what I am showing.

                    T,

Thanks for the invite... I have 1 or 2 that wouldn't mind heading out on Sunday..... I will send you a PM and give you their email. Thanks!!! 40's ain't bad for water temps so if I wasn't already busy Sunday I would definitely be going!!!!!! I'll post anymore info I get...............Thanks guys!!!!

                        Todd,

You can do either........I was just the one who stepped up and said I would take care of getting in touch with everyone about it. If you need any info you can try me first.........if you need to talk with them then give um a call.......either way works! I was just helping out to be a buffer since they named me the TOG Coordinator! -Brandon

Hi Brandon. Put me down for one campsite for meand my crew - preference starts w/the Premium Waterfront, and work your way down from there based on what is available - thanks. We'll have between four and eight people and our T*.

Thanks in advance for your time and efforts here. Looking forward to it!

Sorry I won't make the Harrisburg Boat Show this weekend - Stowe trip from 1/25 - 1/28. Will make the Lake Heritage CWB Demo Days in April.
