Owners Reunion in Florida

I was wanting to know if anyone knew if there is any tige owner reunions in Florida?

Where are you located? Florida is a long state to drive end to end so that would have some bearing on participation. There are several tige owners in the tampa area, not too many all that active on this board though. There are also several that do not have trailers for their boats so that might be a factor as well. Keep up the conversation about a reunion though, we'll try to drum up some interest.

Then quite possibly. Have you talked to Dom at Forte's about interest in a reunion? He has arranged some things in the past, I think they have just been going easy on them this year with the economy. Though he has had a couple tige get togethers and maintenance/ask the techs days at his shop in Largo. Do you have a favorite local lake or place that could hold 5-10 boats? I'd be in for it if my schedule would accept it, been a busy year. I'd love to help plan but really don't have time, but send me a pm if I can help with some logistics. I'd start with expressing interest to the crew at Forte's and see if they don't have something planned already. Keep me in the loop though.

Actually we bought our boat from Dom at Fortes. I have not talked to him about it yet because it just crossed my mind that there is no reunions in Florida that often after I was looking at the Tige reunion photos. I do live right next to lake carroll and that might be a good place for a small amount of tige's(5-10) possibly. The only problem is that there is a guard there who will not let anyone in unless they have stickers on their boat stating that they are a resident. We can work that out with the board president of the lake/beach. When I upload some photos I put one of the beach up on there to give you a size approximation. We have just recently ordered a bimini from dom so when it comes in I'll let him no about something like that. I will add you to my friends list to keep you updated and to see if you can help out.
