It skis pretty damn good too.
Lanny Owens from the factory took me out to a course back in November. It was a great set and I'm looking forward to getting this one dialed in.

                        Back to the beginning

I started this thread trying to get a pull behind a 20i. Now that I have one, if anyone is interested in the performance of the 20i or comparing it to something you already have or just need a pull just give me a holler. I try to get out every day once the ice is gone.

wow dude, thats one great lookin' 20i! I'll bet you're going crazy w/ snow being on the ground! About the red- as long as you keep it waxed and out of sunlight when you're not using it, you wont get any fade. My '04 22v is all red and black (red deck and hull, black main panel). pulled off one of my TAPS stickers that had been scraped, and even under a close view w/ flourescent lights I couldnt tell where the decal was. In other words, there has been NO fading in just short of 4 years of use! They really do a great job w/ the gelcoat on these things.

Oh, and for wax, I use the eagle one nanotech wax. Spray on, wipe off, and you're done.
                            Freude am Fahren.

Thanks for the tips. My OCD pretty much guarantees the boat will be wiped down, dried, covered, in the garage, all that.

I'm going to look for some of that wax. My plan was NuFinish and TLC, but I'll try anything.

I'm considering pulling the flags and wrapping them even farther around the transom than they already are just because that's a LOT of white space back there. We'll see if the overlays get here before the boat show does.
