It sounds lik the dealer may not be standing behind the sale. I've had nothing but positive experiences with my Tige, especially for warranty issues.

I spoke to Andrew yesterday regarding my '05 24V, and the gas guage that has NEVER worked. He told me that "Yes, it is, and has been an issue with Tige' and other makes as well." He also stated that unfortunatly, ther is NO solution to the problem. Apparently, the fuel tanks in the 24V are under the center of the floor, thus the tank is only 7" tall. Thats not enough room to obtain sufficiant "Float Throw" for an accurate reading. Another issue is the placement of the sending unit. In the '05 's it is located within the rear 6" of the tank. There fore, when the boat has the least bit of bow rise, the fuel runs to the rear of the tank, and "Fooling" the float into reading full.

Andrew stated that the alternative to this tank would be to run saddle tanks. This would eliminate the guage problem, but would also take away all the side storage that we all love. I think that I will just continue to figure on about 7 hours of continuous running per tank.

I noticed that on my 24v Also. The guage works fine it is just the placement of the sending unit. Was going to add a fuel flow meter but have not run out of gas yet.
        Let it be!!!
