Sorry guys, I have not read the questions to my post for quite some time.
So here are my answers to your questions.
Anyway, the Bimini is a custom design by myself and a local Canvas Shop here in Pittsburgh, PA called Tumacs Covers http://www.tumacscovers.net/
If you call them ask for Mike Mavilla as he is the designer of this one-of-a-kind bimini and tell him it was for my boat. Jack @ Boaterz Extreme Watersportz. The bimini cost was approx $650 installed.
As for the Mirrors, yes they as all of the accessories and board racks and speakers were/are from MONSTER Tower. Their customer service and products are great in my opinion.
I have ALWAYS run two mirrors and sometimes a third side view mirror in my boats. As we all know you can not always trust an observer to tell you what is happening with the rider.
Since I teach all aspects of watersports, I want to see the entire view behind me. If you are running a boom on the side of the boat you can position one mirror for the boom and one for behind the boat. Once anyone starts using two mirrors it is hard to go back to just one.
