ck'ed fluid at lake it was at full mark.when the boat was new I put a knotch on trans gauge to show fluid level cold.that mark is 3/4 inch above full when hot.I filled it up to that mak and it stopped slipping.Guage must be off as it no longer slips.

How bad is the hole shot???? I have a 13x13 4 blade oj that has a great hole shot. Not sure how close our hulls would be, to compare the hole shot.

You didn't like your hole shot? I have the same boat and think the hole shot is great. The only time mine cavitates is when I had a bent prop. If it's doing it all the time, your drive shaft could be out of sink.

until I fill the ballast and load the kids on.I had my prop redone,I'm not shur if what I need may be a new one.I think a 3 blade acme 13/11 would be what I need.

              If it helps, I went from a 4 blade 13x13 to a 3 blade 13x11.5 (specifically the Acme 525).
