One thing to clarify - it's being sold on consignment by the dealer, but i believe they make 10% of the sale price. I wonder why this Tige was not repaired properly after such damage underneath? Surely the owner had insurance, but maybe not. Guess he could have claimed and pocketed the insurance money as well. If the damage to the Tige were over a certain percentage, would it also be considered a salvage title?
