Perfect Pass Wakeboard Pro for 2002 22i

I found a brand new PP Wakeboard Pro on ebay for what seems like a fair price but it only comes with the display and wires. What else will be needed to install this unit? Anyone installed this unit and what are the install steps? Is it very difficult?

You will may need a pickup and will certainly need the servo. All of which should be available still from PP.
