Windshield question?

I have a 2000 20ci. I bought a pair of polarizing sunglasses. When I wear my new shades the windshield glass looks mottled or splotchy. When I remove them the glass is fine. What is it? Does my glass need replaced? Please reply. M&M

Its just the polarization in ur glasses. Mine do the same thing pretty much to everything, cars trucks boats etc. but I wouldnt mine knowing why? I believe its something to do with the color spectrum in glass and the polarization picking out certain colors. But dont quote me

That is just an effect that happens from tempered glass and polarized sunglasses. No need to worry about your windshield.
