I'm about to buy 800-1000 pounds of ballast and put it in the back locker of my 2004 Switch I. I'm wondering if 800-1000 lbs is too much weight on the floor back there. What are your thoughts?

IMO, no. The floor should be sturdy enough. Different boat for sure, but I have the 1100# fatsac in the locker of my 21V. I don't think it fills to 1100 though, probably closer to 900 or there about.Waiting for another good one!Comment
