Anyone have a pdf manual for the controls they could send me? I need to make sure I know what all the buttons do before I take it out.

no manual but they should be labeled on the switches.

The switches are labeled but I was more looking for info on what they do and when will I need to turn them on.
For example when do I turn on the blower and bilge? Think I read somewhere to run the blower when I'm launching?

I run my blower at least a minute before starting the boat and the I just leave it on the whole time the boat is running. The bilge pump should come on automatically if needed. You will only need to flip that switch if it doesn't come on and there is water in the bilge. It does take a lot of water to turn the bilge on automatically.

The Tige Owners manual is very basic and generic - probably has changed little since your boat was built. Maybe that type of info is what you are looking for?
