22i: Transmission Oil Change

-2003 Tige 22i
-Mercruiser 350 Mag Mpi
-Velvet drive (model 10) transmission

It's about time the transmission oil gets change.
I have absolutely no idea where to begin to do a trans oil change, can anybody offer any insight?
...The owners manual says to consult the local dealer .
