TAPS reservoir location

Where is the TAPS reservoir located on a 2004 22i R?
Having issues finding it. TAPS is not working. looked for a manual online, found but not too sure if it has my answer. I heard something about checking the reservoir for the fluid (ATF?) I looked in the back right locker and found a little circular white door, any ideas what that is? looks like it enters to the gas tank maybe?

have you looked in the locker in front of the helm?

and it does take any kind of ATF when you find it to fill it up

2004 is an electric unit no oil. What is it doing. You have your switch on the handle that goes to a black box under your helm. That box controls the servo motor in the taps unit itself. It is just a screw jack.
