Love my 2001 20i. Runs like a top and pulls anything.
My throttle/shifter safety doesn’t work. If boat is running and someone fell into it, things would get ugly. I can’t figure out how the assembly comes apart. There is a Philips screw on the shifter bypass, but it seems to do nothing. Do I have to remove the upholstered label that the throttle assemble is fixed to? Anyone else have this problem. I would like to take it apart so that I can order the right parts rather than ordering an entire assembly.
