2007 22i: How to remove seats and tower?

Hey guys, I did search, so im about to pull the upholstery on my new to me 2007 22i. Some of them are obvious on how to remove, and others like the seatbacks in the bow have me scratching my head, is it true they just pull out? Or is there some crazy way to reach through and unbolt?

Also trying to remove the xplosion tower to have it powdercoated, is it just through bolted into the hull? I dont see any obvious mounting plates, etc so it looks like I'll have to pull the interior next to the mounts before having access

Just for the record the seatbacks in the bow are retained by screws, that you access from the hatch where the batteries are kept and the hatch in front of the cockpit in the walk through area. The rest of the bolts are accessed through the seat bottom areas and you have to be a contortionist, removing the speakers in the bow helps.
