    Rear Locker Lanyard Latch

    Hi All,
1998 PRE2100WT. I’m in the middle of replacing the plywood and would like to replace the rear locker latch shown in the photos below. I’ve read other posts re: locker flying open going down the road, and been there done that. Luckily the hinges and fiberglass are still in good shape.

Can anyone recommend a replacement part for the latch that’s activated by a lanyard pull on the port side? Or better yet, is there a better solution to this problem, something that doesn’t require the tie down strap shown in the second photo?

Thanks for any and all help.
    Chris

This site might work. Not sure if your year has one on both sides. I thought they added the second latch in 98? My 97 only has one latch.

Thanks Mike! Yes, I think I see remnants of latch on starboard side, but cable and pin are missing, so I might replace just one side for use on the water and some kind of strap and hook in the middle for on the trailer.
