steering noise

Sometimes I get a noise/vibration in the steering behind the dash on initial pulls. I need to get under and just check for something loose but curious if anyone else experience this and what might be causing this issue?

I get the same thing when coming out of the hole if the rudder isn't straight, I think it is my boat growling at me for not having it straight. .

I just put a new steering cable in mine and its still there.

Just the vibration/turbulance from the prop wash in the rudder. Its not a problem, happens on all inboards.
