Clarion, there is a ground that is common with others in the inst. panel. I just thought that it is interesting that it only works with the key off....
i found my issue, my drive belt on the motor was slipping, causing the loss of speed and then increases. This doesnt explain whe funny speeds at low rpm, but on my last trip it worked.
