new style PSS

I have just installed a new PSS shaft seal in my 2005 22I. The new PSS comes with a water connection. What is the best way to tap into the water system for this connection. I was told that the original did not get enough water cooling, thus the new water connection.

Centurion uses mercruiser. I've seen the same set up on their boats. They pick the water up off of the exhaust manifold elbow. Look on the merc site. There might atleast be a picture of it.
