2002 21i steering cable replaced

I must say how easy it was to change my cable. It took about 20 minutes. I followed these instructions http://www.wakeboatworld.com/index.p...d=29&Itemid=35
I was told at some point the steering rack was changed to a backmount style. The cable is 17' long and the part number for my 2002 is ssc1347. I bought my cable here http://www.boatersland.com/tel-ssc13417.html

ssc13417. Right? I just pulled mine out and it is a ssc13416. But mine is a 2001 21i.

Total work time was indeed about 20 minutes. It is really easy to replace the cable in the I-boats, but I hear the Vs can be a bit more challenging

Man, I forgot how easily the wheel is supposed to move.
