I can't remember the cost but it wasn't that much, check online at torontodecals dot com.
Yes my son in-law and I did the install. The hardest part is polishing the hull prior to applying the new decals.
They sent good instructions and you just have to measure and dry fit to make sure the decals fit the way you want.
