New GO PRO HERO 3, Any Tips?

I just picked up a new Go Pro Hero 3. I have absolutely no experience with using or editing with a Go Pro. Any Tips or Tricks?

Love my Hero Black... if you don't have the black at least get the remote..it's way better than the app for controlling your goPro when she's suctioned to the boat. I'm sure others have way better editing experience than me but I use Adobe Elements11 to edit and publish HD 1080p videos. Although my laptop barely keeps up with the demand of the program it gets the job done.

Enjoy the Pro! Sometimes I just clip it on the boat and let it take pics every 5sec when we're tied up. You end up getting thousands of pics, but every once in a while you get some sweet shots! This past fourth of July weekend my buddy and I combined our gopro pics, I ended up with 8000 pics to go through..Took hours to find the 100 or so good photos!
