Always hard to find the good in the bad, but from the pics looks like someone may end up with a slightly used boatmate trailer. May need some brake work.

Sucks to see though. Hopefully you get thoroughly compensated, and the POS that did this gets his as well.

Just hit, your trailer looks like it held up okay. Should have a data plate on right side wishbone near tongue. Will have serial # for trailer. I'm not sure how your dealer keeps their paperwork but should be able to prove what boat was sitting on that serial # trailer fairly easy if insurance is still trying to jerk you around.

Z1 Model

Problem wasn’t the trailer but the boat !

Insurance just called me yesterday. Everything should be good to get an other z1. The green one I had an eye on it couple month ago has been sold. Will go to dealer next weekend to order a new z1.
