n3versat1sfied - I'm not sure what kind of research you have already done on the TAPS3 vs. the AVX, so please forgive me if you have already done your homework. If you haven't, you may want to do some research on here for feedback on the AVX system before purchasing a new boat with TAPS3. From my understanding, they both have advantages but your intended use and experience level might sway your opinion one way or another. Ragboy (on here) from Wake9.com has done quite a bit of testing with both, and probably wouldnt mind providing more insight. Please note, I have no dog in this hunt - I just want you to be aware of all of your options, if youre not already aware. Good luck on your purchase, and welcome to the Tige site!

I appreciate the comment. We were originally looking at boats with Avx system, but after doing the homework between wake9 videos, dealer/surfers, etc. and much debate we decided on the taps3 would suit our needs.

We went with 15%. We had the same on the 2004 22i, and it seemed to be the perfect shade for us. Not too dark, but dark enough to look good (in our opinion).
