Wakeboard rack identify help

Hey guys, can anyone help me identify this wakeboard rack?

I'm trying to figure out how it works. When driving, it shakes around a lot, and I think the silver post is meant to move so I can swivel the rack in or out. I've tried pulling and hitting the silver post pretty hard but I think it's jammed.

Could you put the tower up and get some different views of it? Typically there is a smaller "Pin" type structure to pull on to release the swivel.

You were right- after what you said I went back and looked at it and there's a spot where a pin used to be. I stuck a screw driver in this slot and was able to pull the piston to operate the tower. Thank you

Glad you got it worked out. Now to find the replacement pin.....or carry a screwdriver in your glovebox
