How to label a ballast switch?

So now I am comtemplating integrating some extra surf ballast into my boat. I found CHP's link to some labeled ballast switches on Ebay, but that is so old, they no longer have a link to the seller.

The question is, where can I get some labeled rocker switch covers that say 'ballast' and fill and empty? The internet is loaded with nonlabeled contura rocker switches.

If your ready to get bent over, go to your M/C dealer (MSRP is like $60 from M/C). They sell them. Maybe they'll take care of you for getting that M/C.

Jabsco sells them as well, for like $25 a piece.... or something like that. They come w/ the ballast puppy pumps. You have to have someone like west marine or someone along those lines order them from them though.

At one point I had contacted Carling Tech about having some made up. I THINK they had a 150 min. order to set it up, if I remember correctly. But it was at like $5 a switch or something like that... so not bad at all. I pretty much figured I could unload all of them for $15 a pop to the Wakeworlders pretty easily, since alot of the guys would need 3 or 4 switches each. You needed around 50 buyers, which I'm sure you could find that pretty easily. Lots of guys doing custom ballast installs that would like these switches.

MC has a general culture that you have to get everything from them, or else it is inferior. So the stock switches will come at a price. CHP found some in another thread that were pretty good, and had the fly high logo on them.



I don't know if I could find some stickers made out of the right material, but should probably check a local vinyl shop. We even have a shop in town that does wraps, they could probably type me up something.

BTW, Lee now works for Mastercraft. I am not sure how to get a hold of him. He trolled the MC website once.

This is close to what I am looking for, but this is for a Malibu, so it is curved instead of straight. Meant to go on one side of the dashboard, and would not mix well with other switches.

Get the Ballast Puppy switches. Good solid switch that comes with leads and matches the Tige switches almost perfect. I think there is a shot of them in my ballast post.

You misunderstood me. You gotta have west marine order them from Jabsco! Your ordering the switch for the ballast puppy...which is labeled! Your not purchasing their standard cortura switch like you show above. It will be a special order thing. It won't be on their website, and it won't be in stores.
