Stains on 2003 dash panal

After receiving 2003 boat after having perfect pass installed the dash was stained around the screws. It could be rust or burn but I have no idea. The painted screws cleaned up easily but none of the stain came out of the dash. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any solutions? I have pictures but don't know how to attach them to this tread. Help. Bruce from the River

Yuck! I would just take them off and repaint them and get new screws.....shouldn't be too labor intensive. It would look new and clean!

X2, That looks like mostly rust, not stains.

couldnt agree more than w/prior post. Take them out, sand, primer then paint then use new stainless screws to put back in.
