    Size of original Metcraft tower

    Hi,
I've been searching through past threads but couldn't find the answer to this (very simple) question. What size mounts will I need for a wakeboard rack I just bought (my boat is on the other side of the country)? I have a 2000 21V with the original Metcraft tower. I believe it is 2". Is that correct? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the original Metcraft on my 2000 21i and it is 1.5"

Formula: Tower pipe diameter / pi (3.14)

I can measure tonight, but I thought mine was 1_3/4" Ø. I have a set of mics at home and will check for sure.

Mine is somewhere between 1 3/4" and 2".....very odd.

              NOTHING fits correctly on it.

Mine is long since gone (thank god) but, I remember it being an 1 1/2".

It's actually not as simple of a question as you might think as most people have gotten rid of that tower due to it's structural deficiencies. I'd be careful loading that thing up with too much stuff, they can barely stay together with nothing on them. Keep them bolts TIGHT. All of 'em.

You mean... Pipe circumference / Pi = Diameter
