I have a couple questions for all you surfing gurus. This weekend, we had about 800 pounds of ballast in the rear corner. My step dad said the engine was being extra loud when I was surfing. Then when we emptied the sacs we got some water in the bilge area below the engine. Then we took the young kids tubing and the boat did the long beep and the engine started to putter. The engine temp was higher than normal but not pinned to the hot side. Everything else looked good beside the water in the engine compartment from when we emptied the sacs. Let it sit for 15 minutes and it ran fine. Any thoughts on why this might happen? Time to service the engine? Also, I can't get our tsunami pump to suck the water out of the sacs. Do I have to have it on the bottom outlet of the sac? I had it connected to the top outlet but rotated the sac so the outlet ended up on the side. Still wouldn't suck the water out.
