In the "How To" directory of this site, the following thread is a sticky on the first page, on how to change the Mercury impeller. Unfortunately, the article which is referenced in the first post is not online anymore. Try to PM Matt (site administrator) and see if he can either fix the link or e-mail the article to you. But, maybe this has enough info anyway to help you.
