    Surfing today

Hit Utah lake today for the first time this year. The weather was awesome 70 deg and water temp 49 deg f. The boat run great also. The water was glass so after surfing I busted the ski out and ripped a few turns. It was all my arms and back could take. But I had a nice ice bath after

Forgot the camera so cell phone picks only.

Great day to be at the lake... I need to get my de-winterized for days like today.

Surf wave looks great. I have the same boat and can't get the wave dialed in. What is your set-up, speed and TAPS?

                          Strong work Kona!!!!!!

Every time I get ready to go out, something comes up or it gets windy and cold again. 85 degrees yesterday....now windy and 60 with chance of rain on Saturday...

well that depends. Ut lake is very shallow. I was in about 13 to 14 ft of water yesterday and that is deeep for that lake. The wake was steep but not very long. So for shallow water I had 500 lbs in the front locker and 1100 lbs in the rear. Taps was set at 3 to 4 and speed was 9.8. Any faster and the wake really diminishes quickly in the shallow water. Deeper water and I can speed up to high 10's to 11 mph and even add more weight in the form of peeps. I only had 2 people on the boat yesterday.

Keep playing with speed and the taps to clean it up. I would also go at least 1500 lbs on the surf side.
