Here's my progress so far. I installed the flanges so they pointed up and the TAPS clearance is real close. I'm calling FAE tomorrow to make sure it is right and then I will remove the flanges and install a second time with the 3M 5200. Enjoy the pics so far.

Looks like mine. I will wait to post pics of it mounted with the whole thing completed though. I am redesigning the supports just a little. I plan to have it done today if I can get the boat to my friends fab shop.www.automarinecare.com CWB, ACME, FlyHigh, Merc Marine, PCM, Marine-power, WETSOUNDS, HSE Volume Controls, Kicker, Sony, Samson Sports, and many other marine parts or accessory's.

Does it dramatically reduce engine noise? Are they hard to install?
Thought about installing one of these, not so much for the Carbon Monoxide but for the fact that my engine is loud. The engine noise cuts into my tunes while wakeboarding.
However, its a double edge sword since I like the sound of my engine. Ah decisions...

I put a little silicone on mine for extra hold and sealing and did not have a problem after 2 seasons.Be excellent to one another.

The reduction of fumes is the best part. It makes riding in and behind the boat so much nicer. The noise reduction is pretty cool as well.
I'm surprised you don't have one yet. You'll get your chance, smart guy.

I most certainly would put 5200 in the holes for the screws. This way you are sure not to get any leaks through the screw holes. I will have mine done today and then post some pics. After work I am heading to the fab shop to finish it up.www.automarinecare.com CWB, ACME, FlyHigh, Merc Marine, PCM, Marine-power, WETSOUNDS, HSE Volume Controls, Kicker, Sony, Samson Sports, and many other marine parts or accessory's.
