Liquid comet spray gel, I have to use it on some mildew spots that keep coming back on my white vinyl. I know several other people, even tige owners, that use it too. I have been every 3-4 months for about 2 years now and my stitching and vinyl is still perfect. i know it is harsh, but rinse well and treat with a conditioner/protector after and it should be fine.
whatever you use, try to keep it away from the stitching, that's the main reason most products are not recommended. I got some stuff awhile ago for removing yellow paint from road striping. Ask the local parts store. I'm not sure it would work, but it's strong.

What happened was a buddy of mine was standing on the hood putting the rope on the tower and stepped down onto the seat and a bolt from the bottom of the seat went through the vinyl and into his foot. We had to clean up blood and he couldn’t wakeboard the rest of the weekend.

This is a good suggestion, but one of the reasons my vinyl guy suggested mineral spirits was that it was the only one of the available options that didn't damage the stitching.

Take it to a vinyl shop and see what they say. Im sure it is, but the patch they use might be noticable.

Looking for fat chicks for long walks, romance, cheap buffets, and BALLAST.
I had my Choco lab when she was 135lbs but a claw thru a bow cushion and thru a bucket seat in my Mustang. I took both to Riggs Brothers and upholstery chain in the burbs of Chicago and they charged me $50 to repair the bow cushion and $50 to replace the seat panel.
The opened up the bow cushion of the FourWinns and took excess material and patched it in and unless you knew exactly where to look you could not tell.
As to the stain I would see if an upholstery shop thinks they can get out. i had a blue lettering stain from a tube box get wet from rain on a trip south and no matter what we could never get it out, Neither could the hostelry shop.
There is a putty or paste like patch material you can try to fix that. I'm not sure what it's called or where to get it but a couple used boats I had looked at had repairs with it. Some repairs were fine or barely noticable and some looked like dog crap.
