Happy to say dock is in the water

I am happy the dock has been in the water for a week now, but seeing ice hanging from it makes me a little discouraged, before anyone asks no i did not have my camera on me so no pictures, i hate getting 60+ degree weather and then having it turn cold, really cold again. My little brother called me today and he is in college two hours north and they got 12 inches of snow, when is summer ever coming.

Good to hear but I'm with you... The docks in my local lake are floating with boats tied up.. The problem is.... The water is 57 degrees and I am definitely not going in without a full body wetsuit or drysuit...

My lake is 68 degrees. I did not get to go and enjoy it but my friends said it is time for shorts only now. So we put the dry suits away for the year.

I very jealous of anyone with 57+ degree water, i am just assuming here but i woulg guess our water is right around 35-40 degrees, i woke up this morning we had white ground but it was melted by 10.

My lake is slightly overfull right now. After all the rain, it's kinda cold and has some floating crap; including part of my dock somewhere.
