The Gator Grip is awesome! We put it on the swim platform as well as the rails. If you want to email me your address I can send you a sample that I have left over.

I bought a giant sheet of the black gator grip with no adhesive I used on the swim deck about 5 years ago. I used it originally on the fenders of my trailers. Got a giant sheet on ebay for like $40 shipped. I bought a black and white adhesive backed gator grip to use as a transom savor and on the rails 2 years ago. I have never installed that one. I do not know if it is the age diferrence between the sheets but the black and white one seems softer than the older black one. It is still better than the black mat that was on the swim platform
        Let it be!!!

Shoulda just got a teak deck, you wouldn't have any worries about what mat to use!!!!
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

It had iroko on the boat. Part of the deal was get me a fiberglass platform. Had teak on my 02 tige which I immediately rhino lined. If I had kept the wood platform I would have rhinolined it also

There is a huge difference, the gator grip is much softer. It should be stock or use seadek like Malibu uses.
I'm on a boat man. I got my flippy floppies....

Lookin godd jim the boat that is.I am also considering rhino line my teak platform im just over the time it takes to keep it looking nice. Because it looks like total chit if not.Plus with a black and grey boat if i rhinoed it and put the grey seadek on it i think it would look awsome.

Not to hijack this thread, but for those of you that cover your boat and live in a dusty area (Bakersfield, NV, AZ etc) If you cover your interior with sheets the dust goes on that instead of your vinyl. I was not under mine for a year, and took it off and man it's really really clean!

                      Just a pointer.

                      LOOKS GREAT JIM!!!

Jim, looks great, I really like the swim deck. I have been tossing back and forth what to do with mine.

I have just done a comparison of three cleaners. The Exquisite, DUCKY, and Boat Blings Vinyl cleaner. Boat Bling won hands down. However the price is also attached to that. The Ducky came in second place and the Exquisite third. I have been working on a deal with Exquisite for a group buy for all of us. The Exquisite is about as good as Ducky at cleaning. I like the Ducky because it smells better and it is a few dollars cheaper. It also has a mold inhibitor in it. Ducky did clean the threads on the seats better than the Exquisite. Either way they all were good cleaners. The Boat Bling all I had to do was spray on the cleaner and wipe it off. My seats came out amazingly white with very little to no effort. However at a price of $38.00 for a 32oz spray bottle it better be good.

Also I really like the EQ location. I just relocated mine to that same spot this year. Now I am going to try to find an extension for the MIC so others can use it with out pulling it across my chest to use it.

Is this the stuff SPBFAN ? Holy cow went to there website and you get a 32 oz bottle for $17 + change but they want $20 for ground shipping. Good luck with that. Thought I would give it a try NOT.

That is it. That stuff works amazing with just a spray and wipe. If you put a brush to it the results are even better.

Holy Cow they have dropped the price of this stuff this year. I am going to have to re negotiate with them on this and see if I can get dealer pricing for this year. I have not even checked it this year since I inquired last year. I have the product that they sent me last year as a test product though so I was able to use it next to the others.
