    How far do you tow?

Just curious how far is the farthest tow that anyone has done and what is you typical tow.

Farthest-Right at 600, Tulsa to Houston with a stop over in Granbury Tx. It was when I bought the boat, never trailered anything before, and it poured, and I mean absolutely poured for well over 400 miles of the trip.

Typical- 200 yards. Have a dry storage at Lake Keystone
The worst day of boating is still the better than the best day of work......, unless you bend your prop.

Furthest we do each year is our annual Bass Lake trip...about 190 miles each way, with the last 30 or so in the hills/mountains. Typical weekend trips to Camanche or New Melones are around 90-100 or so.

Furthest and average are both 10-25 miles. We have hundreds of lakes within 50 miles of me.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Furthest tow so far is about 50 miles... 99.0% of time it is on a boat lift 100 feet from my back door
If its not fun, Why do it?

typical tow is under 10 miles, longest tow was 1500 miles. would have made it in one day but a darn ice storm stopped me dead in my tracks with 2 feet of snow.

                NOT FUN!!!!!!

I make the trip from Utah County to Parker, Az at least 1 time a year. Headed down there in 5 weeks. I think it's about 550 miles each way. Most of the trip are local ones. Saint George, Flaming Gorge and Powell are some other longer trips we take.

Our tows vary from 49-100 miles for a day on the water to 175 miles to my dads place near Syracuse,IN for a 2-3 day weekend.

We spend 30% of our time on one of 6 or seven Southern Wisconsin Lakes and 50% boating time out by my dad's.

We usually make a 675 -700 mile run to the Bullshoals Tablerock area two to three times a year and spend a week. This year we are only committed to one trip due to employment (lack of) situation.
