    grand lake boat sales

Anyone had there boat serviced by this tige dealer in east OK? Curious b/c I havent heard much about them, but they seem to be decent. They seem to be a tige dealer, but I have never heard of anyone buying a tige from these guys. I am wanting to get some warranty service, and regular service done. If anyone has any experience with this dealer, give me a shout. Thanks.

You know, honestly, I don't know ANYONE who has had any type of experience with them AT ALL!!! And I know alot of people who go to grand.

I would refer you on to Skiers Wharf Extreme since your in AR. But the rogers store closed . How far is LOTO from you?? The reason I ask is the main SWE is there and they do great service!

That's what I am afraid of. Seeing nobody goes there for tige service makes me kind of nervous. Maybe lake of the ozarks is the place to go for me. I do have a good nautique dealer here that i may use for the de winterizing and 20 hour service. If I used a nautique dealer to do the 20 hour service will that void my warranty?

I would take it to a shop that is certified on the engine you have in your boat. Not sure what engine you have, so I couldn't say for sure if the Nautique dealer would be certified. No, I don't think it would void your warranty.

I dont know how far away you are from Stillwater, OK. But I bought my boat from h20sports unlimited there. They serviced it this past winter and I was very happy with them. http://h2osportsunlimited.com/

Grand lake boat sales is a top notch dealer. You should have no worries working with them. Plus, then you can help them grow in the area with the support.

They have been a little bit under the radar because they are now under new ownership and they are just starting to hit their stride with Tigé. They have to on-water locations. One is at Grand and the other is on Keystone Lake. So we gained a second location with the new ownership. But they are solid and stable so I hope to see them as a dealer for the long run.

            I hope this helps.

I bought my RZ2 from them back in October. They are very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on my winterization. They do it with the idea that all you have to do is charge the batteries and drop it in the water. I wouldn't hesitate to use them at all. This isn't some sort of sales pitch for them either. I have a Tige dealer 30 minutes away from me that I use. Grand Lake had the boat that I wanted, so that's where I bought. I was impressed.

                  Wannab,

It's probably too far, but Stuckey and Grimes down here in LR does great work. Their website is xtrememarineinc.com I wouldn't hesitate about using Grandlake though. Call Kevin there. He's the sales manager and could answer your questions.

Mine is there right now. There is a guy named Mike who seems to be a very standup guy. They have a very big facility and seem very knowledgeable. I am having it de winterized and a heater installed. There prices were much better compared to H20 unlimited. I will get it completed on March 30 and pick it up near the next weekend and let you know. They do have a good facility and have alot of top end boats there, though mostly larger cruisers. Have about 5 2009 tiges there. After calling around and checking seem to be the most solid. I think the dewinterization is around 89 dollars vs 289 at H20.

Also I went in there asking to replace my impella, only 37 hours on it, he said it would be a waste of money for me to do it and that it would definitely go until next season before changing it. It is not everyday someone doesn't seem to take my money, so I definitely appreciate when I find those who don't.

I have heard good things about Kevin also. I have had personal expirence with Lake Keystone, a couple of real good guys there, but for some reason I could not get anyone to return my calls and get me in to have the work done. I actually keep my boat at Keystone. After trying for a week I called Hi-Lift aka Grand lake, and talked to Mike who answered all my questions and was quick to tell me how long to expect it to take, gave me good directions, which you definitely will need, ect.

I don't have anything bad to say about Keystone or H20, but H20 was higher and Keystone was slower. I have heard good others have good things about all three. But cheaper faster and it is the largest one of the three is the one I chose.

I guess I'll give them a try. I appreciate all the info. I'll post a reply after the service and give you guys a report.

                          ...

I just got my boat dewinterized and a 20 hour by grand lake boat sales. I have to say I was impressed. They did a great job for a good price. I believe Mike is the owner and for technical questions, you should talk to someone in service. They seem very knowledgeable, and they took care of everything I need. Don't hesitate to use these guys for service. The only issue I had was the fact that I had to leave the boat outside there for a week. My boat is used to staying indoors, and I had a heck of a cleaning job after I picked it up.(It rained a couple of times while it was there).
