    Intake Flush Question

I have an 08 Z1 and was wondering if I can install a flush tee between the ball valve (from the boat bottom) and the trans cooler. The hose is a 1 1/4 inch diameter and about 12 inches long. It seems that a simple flush tee adapted to the large hose and a garden hose tee fitting would allow me to close the ball valve and connect a hose to the flush tee and be able to run the boat in the driveway. Is there enough water supply with the tap on full? This way seems so much better that fake a lake or whatever else.
    Thanks for the thoughts

Yes, you can. If you do a search for it, you'll find a few threads on here that talk about that.

tap pressure is normally plenty of water. The only problem I experience is when you throttle up, there may not be enough pressure. But there's really no need to throttle up.

^^^ It's not so much pressure, but the volume from a 3/4 garden hose supplying a 1.5" hose.
