Glad to hear that Tige was a smart industry in the good, so it can continue to be better in the bad!

DEBT FREE! That is awsome. If more big companies went that route, they wouldn't be in the predicament that they are in. I like Tige even more hearing that.

This can be funded in a variety of ways. I was on an Econ. Dev. board in my town. It was funded by sales tax. We used the money to bring industry to the town to create jobs. The jobs these companies brought in turn generated more sales tax revenue for the city. In TX, it's a way to shift the tax revenue for a governing entity from being mostly property tax based to being more sales tax based.

It's actually one of the smarter ways to promote growth.

This is so good to hear. There is so many rumors going on out there. Good job Charlie and staff. It is nice to know that you are not going anywhere for a long time. Just another reason to own a TIGE.

I had the opportunity to be at a camp with my son for a week. No media press, no TV, No cell service just plain old camping. It was so nice to not hear all the horrible things going on and rumors going around. I think the press is the reason we need depression drugs. I just quit watching the media and reading it now. It sure makes life so much more enjoyable. If the Media would go away I bet the economy would flip for the better because people would not be afraid to spend money on things they need and want.

I am very pleased with Tiges position and the product and hope the market starts moving again so we can all start having fun again. I get so tired of the press pushing doom and gloom all the time instead of a more positive additude.

Good words SPB but one must remain somewhat in tune as what is going on. We can just put our heads in the sand. Times are changing and we must be willing to stand up for what we believe in.

I see your point KK, but by all indications most of the retail sector is still going pretty strong. I know people aren't making large capital expenditures, cars, houses etc. But the local discount retailers, and grocery stores are as full as ever...

I really feel that we are not going to buy our way out of this, federally, at the state level, or with our wallets. The country has gone and lost its mind in terms of saving, investing wealth, and just general self control.

I think we need a reprieve from the media blitz and all of this and that information every once in a while. It's good for ones soul.
