About the break thing. We have a 2002 extreme trailer too and we did have some break and bearing buddy problems. Also Extreme trailer guys are very nice and if you could get a hold of one of them you could probably just get the new parts from them or at least the part numbers that you need. It is probably a good idea to take the boat over to extreme and have them service it. They are in riverside.

Brakes are UFP. Have a mechanic buddy coming over the house this evening to check it out. With any luck (wishful thinking) it is just a matter of the bolt that backed out and some of the metal housing took a beating from bouncing around. I'll probably have the entire brake system serviced and bleed once we get the caliper re-attached.
Per the original owners, impeller gets changed out every year plus general maintenance on the boat. IIRC, engine has about 265 hours, and all vinyl is original. Yeah, boat was always stored inside when not being used. As soon as I get the trailer fixed, it is off to my parents house to be stored under cover.
Thanks for the info on Extreme. They are not too far from where I live so if I have to, I can run down there and pick up the parts that I need for the brakes.

I'm not trying to be a smart $!@, but my trailer had a ufp coupler and different brand brakes. I just wanted to make sure that's not all that said ufp on it. Hopefully they will be able to get you a hardware kit to get the thing back together. Those are kind of goofy looking the way the caliper is mounted to the spindle, I guess if it looks like that you are right on the money. Congrats again!

Nice looking ride. I really like the clean lines the way they look and the simple graphics.
I wish I could help on the brakes but I see others can help there.
If I were to change something on my ride it would be the graphics. It has enough color and with simple graphics I think mine would look cleaner.

Hey RJ, nice to see you onboard here. The boat looks incredible! I thought the previous owners kept it clean, WOW! You think you can come by and clean my Z06 while I service your boat?
Looks like Bass Lake is not going to happen for me this weekend, another guy got hurt at work last night so I have to cover for him. I might have sunday off, if you need anything let me know. Be glad to come by and take a look at the trailer...

Hey Fellas,
Another update. First, Thanks Team Allen, that link provided a print out of all the parts on my brake system. Talked to a local trailer shop and apparently that single bolt that holds the brake caliper to a shroud on the axle does sometimes back out. UFP has a newer version of the calipers that uses to bolts and gets bolted directly on to the axle. Got home yesterday and jacked up the axle, took off the wheel......looked at the caliper and guess what.....the springs and brake pads where gone, only the caliper was left. Zip tied it the dangling caliper to the axle so I can pull it to the trailer shop on Friday. Going to have them do a brake service and replace whatever is necessary.
Hey Greg, thanks for the compliments and offer! Not a probelm on the Z06, bring her down when we service the boat and I'll give her some TLC. But you know, I may have to air dry it with a sping around the block .

Hey RJ, I have no problem with you "air drying" the Z, as long as I can follow you in your pony 2+2. When we decide to hit Lake Left Turn (puddingstone) we should try to round up some other Tige owners, make a day of it. I posted on another site that I was taking the Hallett out for some prop testing on new years morning at elsinore, 12 hot rod flatty's showed up. We all pulled the mufflers out and ran'um till the sherriffs were calledGreg Denton
