    Sundeck wood rotted!

I have a 21v and the wood inside the sundeck panels has rotted and gotten soft. Does Tige sell the wood pre-cut? I know I can get marine plywood and do it myself but thought I'd try the easy way first!

I doubt they even know what size they were at this point. I'd do it yourself...it's probably cheaper. You might consider a more durable material like the Penske material used in other parts of your boat.

Are they completely flat? I'd go with starboard over anything else if you end up making them yourself. If your old ones are soft but in tact you might be able to dissect the old ones careful enough to use them as a template. If you have trouble finding starboard locally there is a place in sarasota, fl, the original marine surplus, that sells it reasonably online.

Second on the starboard. Cool stuff. It is a little spendy but, nice. If cutting the pieces is a problem, get the originals disassembled and take them (yes, both), with your material of choice, to a small custom cabinet shop. They should be able to whack them out in an hour or so. Home Depot will cut material you buy there but, they are generally low on tools and skills. They just don't have the right set up or the time to do it right and the will usually cut it as square as a circle.

If your going to do wood, wrap it in plastic before you cover it.
You'll get your chance, smart guy.
