Unfortunately, mid May is when the water starts to get warm enough to go without a dry suit. Although a wetsuit is highly recommended.

We are ususally getting wet in April and full swing in May. Go to Lake Lanier almost every weekend.Comment

For me and my friends its year round. Lake Mead gets to be about 56 in the winter months. Right now it is @57.5 and we have been out every month except December so far.Comment
