Well the mighty Suburban bit the bullet Friday night and the insurance company is cutting me a check for $15,000 so I need to find something to replace it. I have a potential partner on the boat who has a Titan so I may look at some cars but I'm still leaning towards a new SUV. Anyone, I'm looking for some advice from everyone here. Attached below are auction prices for some of the vehicles I'm considering.

Just my opinion i would hold off, with the way prices at the auction are here, they cant stay that way for too long, but on the denali and escalade two months ago they were 2-3 grand less, but i guess if fuel stays the way it is and there are no trades it might stay high, kind of a crap shoot.

Make sure you get enough truck to haul that 24V. I pull mine with an F250 Super Duty. I have pulled it with a F150 before, but it sure struggled. I felt that the trans. was over working.
I just would be leary pulling that big boat with a Cayenne, or 1500.

I talked with the boat partner and he has a Titan and if I buy something fun he has no problem switching for the time I need it. They say it was $10K in damage on a $15K vehicle so totalled it is."a what? i can['t] say/spell/pronounce that word..." - wannabewakeboarder

Ok, I have to ask what the heck happened to your burb?Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein

Just because you have a boat partner, doesn't mean you have a truck partner too, does it? I'd think you need your own capable vehicle.
Otherwise I'd go with the Yukon personally.....
