So a while back I found this pic on here of a boat. I used the pic to show the guy what I wanted my Bimini height to be, being that I have the same tower. But then I got to look at it is that dual Captains Chairs I see?? Why yes it is!! I am wondering what year V-Drive this boat is?? Every other one that I have seen has the wrap around bench. Thanks for the help

Isn't it a 99 or 2000? I think moki's boat has dual buckets too. That question was brought up befor, can't remember the exact year though. Not many out there for sure.

I think I remember the 01,02 23V having the option of the captains chair. I always liked that boat.

Some time in 2002 Tige switched to a better tower. That tower disappeared then. That is one of the infamous 'Metcrap' towers isn't it? Prone to breakage.

It was still a Metcraft tower, just a different one.

Interesting that the mirror is mounted for the co-pilot. Doesn't that seat rotate around backward?

I suspect that's the later metcraft. My 2002 didn't have the extra bracing or the antlers up high.

It is the later tower, I still have the original metcraft tower on my boat with no problems, the design on the "antler" version was a problem, i don't think there were many problems with the original version

That mirror can be moved...when I got my boat, it was attached to the walkway window. I moved it to the driver's side before I mounted it to my tower.

Thats a good question to ask? Was the oringinal tower better then the one with the antler?? I am guess that it was. Never seen a poat on here about that tower breaking.
