We try to make around 4 or 5 trips each year. 1 trip will be a week long, and the others will be a 3 day thing. This way my wife gets to spend time with her sister and mom, while the rest of us are on the water.
Just a small note on the boat slips, get there early and put you name on the list at 1pm they will call names from the list and in order. If you are not there you will not get a slip. The slips are $20 a night.
Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein

One thing to add to G-money reply
If you get there the night before you plan on launching, you can still put your name on the list. The list is kept in the general store until they close at 6pm (I think its 6) then the list gets moved to the office for the hotel. They will keep your name on the list, until either you get one, or they call out your name during slip call and you where not there.
Also you will have to pay to get into the lake. You do not need to pay for each day, as your receipt is good for 3 days. They will mark it with the exasperation date, and have you keep it in the lower left corner of your windshield.
And 1 more thing....For 3 days it's $15 for a boat and truck and 5 for just a car, the year pass is $40 for a truck and boat.
