So like the title says, yesterday went to the gym as I always do and wow! The place was packed with people. Most standing around taking up equipment not really doing anything. So I have decided to take a week off from wieghts and do cardio. This happens every year it last about 2 weeks and then starts to thin back out.
I just think it's funny, everyone starts off with a bang and then slowly falls back to the old lazy self.
