I wanted make sure my point was clear. After reading this, I come off as kind of an A$$. I am not knocking anyone who made a resolution to get to the gym and workout to better thier health. That is awesome. But the point of going to the gym is to not be lazy, so don't be lazy when you go. Have a plan and don't just take up equipment just so you can say you went to the gym. And for God's sake.......stick with it.
How can I be racist when all of my assault rifles are black?

You can look at it his way. If not for all the resiloutioneirs that signed up and quit every year there would be no gyms. Owners count on this for business and also if the all showed and kept going therre would not be a big enough building to house them all.

The thing of mine that gets the most exercise at the gym is my wallet.

I just can't convince my wife that we've got much better use for $1,500 annually than paying gym dues. Between skiing, waterskiing, mountain biking, hiking, chainsawing, shoveling, swinging a pick, tree-trimming, gardening, mowing, landscaping, etc., and, given that we live in a self-described endurance capital of the world, I can't imagine spending a moment linked to a stationary piece of exercise equipment watching Opra gain weight on the attached television.

Oh well, hup dollar one, hup dollar two, hup dollar three...

haha, always the way, people seem to go to the gym to socialise, they stand with their towl over the bar essentially "claiming it" and then just talk..
frustrating... luckily the uni gym has two or more of everything!!

Aussie, your back. We've missed you around here. So I am thinking if the U.S. does anything but supports Israel or if it starts to get out of hand here, I am moving to your country. I like your Prime Minister. He has balls.
