"This is your boat on lead" classic.

Nice find. Everyone needs to realize that lead does not float.

I thought it was interesting. So I shared it. I am curious what comments this will bring as everyone looks at it.

If I put the same proportion of lead in my Z1 as per the demo, we would be on the bottom after the first bow swamp too!!!

Nah, 100 lb's of lead for fine tuning wont sink a boat. That vid demonstrates what would happen if you used like 1200+ lb's of non-water ballast.

                [Thank you.

Could you please do a demonstration on Nobama and his economic rescue "Imulate" package?

                Eagerly waiting.

please explain what that has to do with the topic led vs fat sacs? I mean yeah it's not spelled right, but that's about it.

We have gotten into HUGE arguments, about highjacking threads. Please stop this obvious highjacking. If you have something valid to say then say it, otherwise post in the PW thread, where anything goes.

                    SPBFAN,

Great video about what the difference is between lead and water in your boat. It's a cheap demonstration but very valid!

I however agree with CHP, that 100 pounds (like what I have) isn't going to hurt the boat one bit.

                    ROCK ON!!
